Ann Robinson
Ann Robinson lived in Beaconsfield for 52 years. She now resides in Pointe-Claire.
A professor of porcelain art for many years, Ann is known for her delicate flowers and birds, painted on Limoges porcelain tea sets, cake plates, lamps, sinks, tiles, etc.
She now finds that the translucency of watercolor is similar to that of porcelain painting, which had to be fired between each application. Thus, during a winter expedition to Florida, she attended several watercolor seminars, and it is now her preferred medium. She recently studied with Bev Wight and Valerie McKee.
Ann is a published member of the International Porcelain Artists, the Porcelain Artists of Canada, the Rideau Porcelain Artists, and the Montreal Porcelain Artists. A proud member of the BAA, she looks forward to a promising future of learning and sharing.
"Flowers help us forget life's tragedies."
