REGISTRATION: either online or at the general meeting on Wednesday, April 15

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: no later than April 23, 2026

​

HANGING: there is no hanging fee for this exhibition nor a 15% donation. One work per exhibitor, 40 linear inches total, including the frame

​

ARTWORK DROP-OFF: Thursday, April 30, 2026 between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. at the Beaconsfield Library.  
              Works must be ready to hang, in accordance with the EXHIBITION GUIDE

​

OPENING RECEPTION: Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

​

EXHIBITION: from May 1 to May 30 during the regular hours of the Beaconsfield Library

​

GROUP PHOTO: 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Everyone is welcome!

​

PICK-UP: all unsold works must be picked up on Sunday, May 31, 2026, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Please make sure to sign the waiver when leaving the exhibition.
