Important information regarding this year's registration procedure and artwork submission form.
The registration form allows the exhibition team to gather information about the number of members participating in the exhibition and your availability to volunteer. If you were able to register online, you can print the form for your records. Important dates and times are indicated on it. If you wish to register in person, please bring your registration form to the Annual General Meeting in September.

The Artwork Submission Form replaces the previous registration for each of your works. We ask that you print your own form and bring it, duly completed, with your artworks to the designated time and place for submission. This new form will serve as a checklist of available works for the exhibition. This means that you only need to register your intention to participate before the deadline, and the selection of your works can be made up until the time of submission! The pieces you bring for submission must match those listed on your submission form.
