Important information regarding this year's registration procedure
and the artwork submission form.
The Registration Form enables the exhibition team to collect information on the number of members participating in the exhibition and your availability to volunteer. If you registered online, you can print the form for your records. Important dates and times are indicated on it. If you wish to register in person, please bring your registration form to the Annual General Meeting in March.

Hanging fees can be paid in advance:

In cash, on the date and at the time designated for the submission of works.
The Artwork Submission Form replaces the previous registration. Please print your own form and bring it, duly completed, along with your artworks to the designated time and place for submission. This new form will serve as a checklist of available works for the exhibition. This means you only need to register your intention to participate by the deadline, and your work can be selected until then.
