Exhibition forms April 2026
Important information regarding this year's registration procedure and artwork submission form.
The registration form enables the exhibition team to collect information on the number of members participating in the exhibition and your availability to volunteer. If you registered online, you can print the form for your records. Important dates and times are indicated on it. If you wish to register in person, please bring your registration form to the Annual General Meeting in April.

The Artwork Submission form replaces the previous registration for each of your works. Please print your own form and bring it, duly completed, along with your artworks to the designated time and place for submission. This new form will serve as a checklist of available works for the exhibition. This means you only need to register your intention to participate by the deadline, and your work can be selected up to that date.

The pieces you bring for submission must match those listed on your submission form.
Please print your own SUBMITTED ARTWORK form and the completed AAB artwork identification labels attached to your works, or contact your telephone liaison committee for assistance.
