Registration for the October 2025 exhibition

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: No later than Friday, September 19, 2025.
HANGING FEE: The $25 hanging fee can be paid by electronic transfer or in person upon drop-off of artwork on October 2, 2025.


ARTWORK DROP-OFF: Scheduled for Thursday, October 2nd between 9am and 12pm, Centennial Building.
**Bring the completed and attached AAB Artwork Identification Form and labels to your artwork. Please review the linear inch calculation and sample artwork label information in our Exhibition Guide.

OPENING: Friday, October 3rd from 7pm to 9:30pm.


EXHIBITION: Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th from 10am to 5pm.


CLOSING EVENT: Sunday, October 5th, from 3pm to 5pm.


GROUP PHOTO: Sunday, October 5 at 5 p.m.


COLLECTION: All unsold works must be collected on Sunday, October 5th after 5:10 PM. Please sign the waiver sheet upon leaving.

VOLUNTEERING:

Your time is needed during the exhibition; please indicate your availability. Choose three time slots, and you will be asked to attend one of them.
