Anne Landry
A self-taught, realist painter, Anne Landry was born in Montreal. From a very young age, she showed a keen interest in the arts, especially oil painting. After a break of several years, once her children were grown, she rediscovered her passion for art. To improve her skills, she participated in various workshops with renowned artists.
Passionate about nature and travel, she finds them a constant source of inspiration. A butterfly perched on a flower, an old thatched cottage, and the twisted branches of a tree are themes she cherishes. The vibrancy of colors and the beauty of a ray of light are what she hopes to capture in her artwork. Anne is a member of several artists' associations.
His paintings are part of private collections in Canada, the United States, and overseas.
Solo Exhibitions
Anne was the artist-in-residence at the Butterfly Estates gallery in Fort Myers, USA, for several years.
