The challenge of an empty canvas has always excited me. 

Flowers have always had a special appeal, first drawn into the composition, then colored, and especially the background using transparency and gossamer techniques. 

My artworks are done in oil, acrylic, and mixed media.  

It gives me great joy to create paintings, and I hope it gives others pleasure as well.
