Sandra Rhodes
From a very young age, Sandra discovered a passion for drawing and doodling, a passion she would retain until adolescence.
A graduate of the Montreal Academy of Fine Arts, she studied there from 1978 to 1981.
Living in Saint-Sauveur, Quebec, she pursued her dream with the artist François Sévigny and oil painting from 1991 to 1993.
1996: Oil painting course at the Dorval Community Centre.
In 2004, after moving to Beaconsfield, Quebec, where she still resides, she took watercolor and pastel classes with the renowned artist Renate Heidersdorf.
Summer 2009 and 2013: Acrylic painting course in Prince Edward Island with the very popular artist Anne Gallant.
Sandra has been cultivating her passion for art with renowned artist Craig Skinner since 2011.
She won two Host's Choice awards at the Mount Royal Cemetery art exhibition in 2016 and 2019.
She currently teaches voluntarily at Villa Beaurepaire.
